Registration

Register as an Author or Paper Presenter:

Once you receive the Acceptance Letter the registration process begins. Now you need to complete the following four steps to complete the registration process.

Step 1 – Select the Registration Fee according to your category


Category (in USD)
Academician/Practitioner/Industrialists
Students (M-Tech/ME/Masters/PhD/Post Doc.)
Students (B-tech/BE/Bachelores)
Attendees/Listener(Without Paper presentation and publication)
Attendees Online(Presenter)
Attendees Online(Listner)

It is mandatory for at least one author of an accepted paper to register in order for the paper to appear in the proceedings and be included in the Technical Program.

If an author has got more than one accepted paper, there will be a discount of 30% of the registration fee from the 2nd Paper onwards


The regular fee will be charged for Up to 6 pages and after that additional USD 20 per additional page will be charged.

Step 3 – Send us the Registration form and Payment Confirmation

Authors need to us the complete Conference Registration form along with the Payment Confirmation mail/Screenshot having transaction ID to our official email id only info.aserd@gmail.com


Step 4 – Wait for the Final Confirmation email  

Authors/Co-authors need to take the Event Confirmation email from the coordinator before making any travel plan.

ONE Registration Fee Includes the following for the Registered authors:

  • 1- Welcome reception
  • 2- Printed Name Card
  • 3- Conference Folder or Bag
  • 4- Participation in the technical program
  • 5- Printed Participation & presentation Certificate
  • 6- Printed Proceedings
  • 7- Coffee breaks on the presentation day
  • 8- Lunch on the presentation day
